Heart Lightning is my approach to transformational coaching: a focused, intuitive process for exploring the beliefs, attitudes, emotions, and patterns that may be standing between you and your heart’s desire.
A Focused Approach to Transformation
Sometimes change begins with seeing clearly what has been difficult to see on our own.
I created Heart Lightning by drawing together decades of experience with spiritual practice, personal transformation, intuition, and a variety of transformative techniques.
Rather than spending session after session circling the same story, we focus on identifying what feels most important now. Together, we explore the patterns or obstacles that may be keeping you stuck and practices that can help you approach them differently.
The work is designed to give you tools you can continue using on your own. For some people, a single focused session may be enough for what they want to explore; others may choose additional sessions for continued support.

Heart Lightning Combination
Coaching + Astrology + Shamanic Practice

For those who want to approach their questions from several perspectives, this session brings Heart Lightning together with astrology and elements of shamanic practice.
We’ll draw from the approaches that best support the intention you bring to our time together.
A Complete Healing Session
My healing work often unfolds in three parts:
we begin with an astrology reading to illuminate the patterns and energies at work in your life, move into Heart Lightning, and complete our time together with shamanic healing.
Each practice offers a different doorway into insight, connection and transformation. Woven together, they create a 90-minute journey guided by what is present for you in the moment.
