My healing work often unfolds in three parts:
we begin with an astrology reading to illuminate the patterns and energies at work in your life, move into Heart Lightning, and complete our time together with shamanic healing.
Each practice offers a different doorway into insight, connection and transformation. Woven together, they create a 90-minute journey guided by what is present for you in the moment.

In a reading, we look at what the planets are doing and what that may mean for you.
Together, we can explore the questions you’re carrying, the possibilities in front of you, and the timing surrounding important periods of change or decision.
The goal isn’t simply to tell you about your chart. It’s to help you come away with greater understanding of yourself and a clearer sense of how you want to move forward.

I’ve been speaking the language of astrology for more than three decades, preparing and interpreting charts for people across the United States and abroad.
My experience includes:
30+ years preparing and interpreting astrological charts
10 years as a weekly astrology columnist for the Forecaster in Southern Maine
Teaching astrology through adult education classes, clubs, church services, and yoga workshops
Over the years, astrology has become one of the primary frameworks through which my intuition flows—a meeting place between careful study and the art of listening deeply.
