Many Paths, One Journey

Music

Music Was There From the Beginning

My mother played jazz piano and taught me how to harmonize before I could write. Music has been part of my creative life for as long as I can remember.

Songwriting gives me another language for exploring the things that have always fascinated me: love, connection, transformation, beauty, and what it means to be fully alive.

Astrology Readings

Discovering the Language of Astrology

I once laughed off astrology.

Then, while I was in business school, a brilliant fellow student with a master’s degree in genetics encouraged me to see an astrologer. I took her advice—and discovered something that resonated deeply.

Astrology became a language I’ve spoken ever since: a way of seeing patterns, possibilities, timing, and the larger rhythms moving through our lives.

Yoga

Making Room for Spirit

I was drawn to yoga because of its immediacy—the experience of clearing the body, mind, and emotions so there is more room for spirit to flow.

Over time, that exploration grew to include a treasury of spiritual practices that I share through retreats, classes, ministry, and healing work.

Different practices open different doors. What matters to me is what happens when we become quiet enough to listen to what is moving within us.

Shamanic Practitioner

Following the Shamanic Path

My lifelong love of animals has always drawn me toward forms of connection that go beyond words.

Shamanic practice felt like a natural extension of that instinct—a way of deepening my relationship with nature, spirit, and both the seen and unseen worlds.

Where It All Comes Together

Astrology. Music. Yoga. Shamanic practice. Spiritual guidance. Healing work.

They may appear to be different disciplines, but for me they are expressions of the same lifelong exploration.

Ultimately, my work is intuitive. Study and practice have given me frameworks, traditions, and languages through which that intuition can flow.

My intention is to offer those tools in ways that help you listen more deeply to yourself, recognize what may be holding you back, and discover what is ready to emerge.

A Complete Healing Session

My healing work often unfolds in three parts:
we begin with an astrology reading to illuminate the patterns and energies at work in your life, move into Heart Lightning, and complete our time together with shamanic healing.

Each practice offers a different doorway into insight, connection and transformation. Woven together, they create a 90-minute journey guided by what is present for you in the moment.
